Romagnol, Librairie de La Collection des Dix, 1904, in-folio, chocolate-brown morocco with chased leather polychrome plate by Gustave Guétant, gilt fillets on the edges, red silk velvet endpapers, gilt edges, cons. cover (Ruban), copy no. 7./10 reprinted on Arches, with 4 states of the plates, the state in black, the finished state in color with remarks, the state with the letter and a special state with colors, foxing on the plates. Interesting publication, quoted in large paper. (Carteret-IV-178) Beautiful plate binding by Petrus Ruban, Octave Uzanne said of him: "He finds and takes, as well in natural flora as in architecture, in Japonism and in ornithology... he seems to have studied with care and intelligence the theories of complementary colors and his palette is ordered today with a very happy harmony and without discord."
