First edition. Abbé Terray's ministry, so prolific in bankruptcies, was much less so in publications. Perhaps the stripped creditors lacked the funds to publish their grievances. This work is the most consulted to understand Terray's financial operations from 1770 to 1774, the second part of which contains letters from a shareholder of the Compagnie des Indes.
